Kwasi’s course has a series of 7 video lessons that teach Kente weaving in sequential steps. These steps include the basics of working with the loom; plain weaving and shuttle design; steps design and mixed colors design; cross designs using 3 shuttles and removing your Kente cloth from the loom. Kwasi has worked with children as young as 8 years old and adults in the 70s and 80s – with Kwasi’s specially designed small loom and personalized instruction, everyone can learn Kente weaving!
